Round Control
Number your seated stations 1, 2, 3 ... in the room. Tell the app which are paired and which are group. Group stations can each hold a different number of players: write it as station:players (e.g. 4:6 means station 4 holds 6 people). Every round fills them all at once. Anyone who does not get a seated station plays If The Vibe Is Right Bingo with the card from check-in, so no station numbers are needed for that.

Play, rotate, repeat
Rounds begin between 7:00–7:30 PM. When rounds start, rotations will be announced on the mic by the host. Partners rotate every 10–15 minutes. Have fun and meet new people!
